Camille and I participated in a RS service activity together. And for once, she didn't have to babysit. She got to do it WITH me.
We made these adorable Little Mermaid wigs for children with cancer.
Sydney registered for her Senior year in high school I can hardly believe it. There was only one class that she didn't get (AP English) and when we talked to her counselor, he couldn't get her into it either. So, she picked a different class period and shuffled things around a little, hoping it would match with her BFF (Lexi) still. And lo and behold, it all worked out.
Short Story: We went in to talk to the counselor and had to wait 30 minutes before we got back to his office. We switched her schedule all around and then when we walked out, Lexi was in talking to her own counselor and they had picked the same class to switch into. What a blessing!!! A tender mercy. What seemed like a major inconvenience of waiting 30 minutes turned out to allow us to see Lexi and make sure things were coordinated. Just wanted to make sure that little story got recorded!
Feb. 11, the kids and Ster finished the rabbit hutch and got some adorable bunnies to put in it.
